Siemens Graduate Program: Financial Analyst III
Siemens is a global leader in technology and innovation, and they are seeking participants for the Siemens Graduate Program. This program offers a two-year rotational experience in various finance functions, allowing participants to gain in-depth knowledge and skills in the software industry and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Understand financials in the software industry
- Special projects supporting SW Business Units
- Project Management tasks including developing a project plan, defining scope and tracking progress
- Drive process enhancements and new initiatives
- Understand the key concepts of how to apply data driven decision making
- Thoroughly document job activities through written reports
Skills
- A Master's, Doctoral Degree or equivalent in one of the following fields of study: MBA, specializing in Finance; MS in Engineering; MS in Project Management
- Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc
- Maximum of 3 years of work experience and knowledge from internships, student activities, professional roles, etc
- Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments
- Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of strategy and/or marketing
- Skills and competencies required include but not limited to: Financial Analysis, Project Management, Leadership, Executive Communication, Networking & Relationship Building, Planning & Execution, Technical Learning, Financial Acumen, Excellent command of English
- Flexibility and mobility within the program duration
- A Strong background in data analytics, software, and financial analysis is preferred
