The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of training capabilities for the Intelligence Community, collaborating with various stakeholders, and creating advanced training materials.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of emergent Intelligence Community (IC) training capabilities
  • Assist with training development functions and analysis of Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint training publications to identify potential revisions needed to legacy curriculum material
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are embedded across institutional, operational, and self-development domains
  • Execute the implementation of training strategies and learning concepts
  • Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues
  • Build critical training materials for advanced learners who are motivated to grow their skills
  • Be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team producing highly sophisticated, technical, hands-on training solutions to meet the mission and time-critical needs of our client
  • Utilize your operational experience to foster a team environment of learning, progress, and excellence, and help us build the next generation of IC experts

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience afloat as a Cryptologic Technician Collection (CTR)
  • 1+ years of experience as a curriculum developer
  • Experience creating performance-based technical training, including practical applications and assessments to measure trainee performance and knowledge retention
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop, update, manage, and integrate training content
  • Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents used in the development of task-based curriculum
  • Knowledge of learning tools and modalities and measurement tools or methods used to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions
  • Ability to select teaching methods appropriate for course audience
  • Ability to have interpersonal communications with civilian and military personnel, including verbal briefings or presentations, listening techniques, and developing written material such as technical reports documenting research and analysis performed
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
