SimpliFid Crypto Support Associate
Fidelity Investments is seeking a SimpliFid Crypto Support Associate to join their Plynk Crypto support team. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to investors using a mobile-first app designed for crypto investments.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with cutting edge offerings like Crypto
- Provide seamless digital customer service and technical assistance ranging from basic app and device navigation to the diagnosis and problem resolution of highly complex issues
- Help customers grow their knowledge of investing in cryptocurrency
Skills
- Financial services knowledge and/or technical support experience required
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and engagement skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at a given time
- Basic knowledge of Cryptocurrency
- Possesses a drive to solve complex issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
- Self-starter and comfortable working independently when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; the ability to multi-task and respond quickly
- Proven technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to contribute ideas, as well as influence and execute them in a collaborative environment
- Ability to lean into change, while multi-tasking in a multifaceted financial service center
- Desire for growth and an appetite for endless learning
- College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Business writing experience preferred
