Social & Growth Marketing Manager
Summary: The Social & Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for leading DHC USA’s social media, influencer, and creator ecosystem, driving demand generation through content, community, and campaign integration. This role owns the development and execution of social and creator strategies that support brand storytelling and commercial performance across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.
This position manages a team and works cross-functionally with Brand, Digital Commerce, and external agency partners to deliver consistent, high-performing social and growth initiatives.

Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute organic social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Own content calendar and ensure alignment with brand campaigns and product launches
Oversee content creation, formatting, and publishing across platforms
Influencer & Creator Management
Lead influencer and creator strategy across multiple tiers (macro, micro, UGC)
Oversee product seeding, creator partnerships, and content output
Build and maintain a scalable creator ecosystem
Campaign Integration & Demand Generation
Integrate social and creator efforts into broader marketing campaigns
Support demand generation through awareness, engagement, and traffic contribution
Partner with Digital Commerce to align on traffic and conversion goals
Paid Social Coordination
Partner with performance marketing teams and agencies to align organic and paid strategies
Support content development for paid amplification
Team Leadership
Manage Social Marketing Coordinator and Social Media & Marketing Assistant
Oversee execution across content, seeding, and community management
Set priorities, review output, and ensure team performance
Performance Tracking
Monitor social and creator performance metrics
Analyze results and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and business impact
Competencies and Qualifications

Experience managing influencer and creator ecosystems and partnerships
Ability to translate brand campaigns into high-performing social and content strategies
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including engagement and traffic drivers
Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional collaboration
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly
Experience working with agencies and external partners

Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5–8+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or influencer marketing
Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer products preferred
Experience in digitally driven or omnichannel environments strongly preferred

To perform this job successfully, an individual must demonstrate proficiency with Office 365 tools, search engines, Company communication tools, and Company WMS systems. Advanced Excel skills are required. SQL skills are preferred.
