Schedule: Flexible hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM NSW time
Total Weekly Hours: 10 hours (potential to increase)

Our client is a creative marketing and branding agency that partners with purpose-led lifestyle, fashion, and wellness brands to craft bold, beautiful digital experiences. They are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the team with scheduling, posting, and community engagement across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

    Upload and organize client-approved assets in content calendars

    Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner

    Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for engagement or improvements

    Collaborate with creative and strategy teams as needed



Requirements
  • Experience managing social media accounts for brands (agency experience is a plus)

    Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite

    Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and detail

    Highly organized, responsive, and capable of working independently

    Passion for branding, marketing, and digital storytelling

    Bonus: Experience with fashion, wellness, or lifestyle brands
