Social Media Manager (ZR_24546_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible between 7 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 6 PM ET (includes 1-hour unpaid break)
Total weekly hours: 40 hours


Join a growing marketing agency that manages social media, PR, and advertising for multiple clients. You’ll work closely with the agency owner, blending creative freedom with essential operational support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of multiple brands while honing your skills in social media management and business administration.


Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts for multiple clients

  Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms

  Develop basic graphics, short reels, and videos

  Produce content aimed at driving engagement and reaching target demographics

  Handle community engagement, including influencer outreach and group participation

  Respond to messages and inquiries on social channels

  Conduct outreach via DMs and social media blasts

• Organize and manage email communications

• Create task lists and track deadlines for client projects

  Research and compile data for client needs

  Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, outlines, and reports

  Maintain organized systems for client work and communications

Requirements

• Strong experience managing social media and marketing campaigns

  Background working with U.S. and international clients

  Portfolio showcasing previous work (required)

  Proven ability to create engaging content and manage successful campaigns

• Excellent written communication skills

• Experience with community engagement and influencer outreach

  Strong organizational and administrative skills

  Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

  Basic graphic design and video creation skills

  Experience in email management and task organization

  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Scope

• Manage multiple client accounts in marketing and advertising

  Balance creative content work with backend admin support

• Align working hours with Eastern Time

• Month-to-month contract with a 90-day probation period
