Mitratech is seeking a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to support the execution of social media initiatives across the organization. This role will help drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and content visibility through day-to-day social media management and campaign support.

Job Overview 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

Social Media Management

Schedule, publish, and optimize content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram

Maintain and manage social content calendars and campaign timelines

Monitor social channels and support community engagement efforts, including responding to comments and messages as appropriate

Assist in maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms

Content & Campaign Support

Partner with content, PR, digital, events, and design teams to support social promotion needs and campaigns

Adapt blogs, webinars, newsletters, reports, events, and other marketing assets into engaging, social-first content

Write engaging social copy aligned to platform best practices and audience behavior

Identify relevant social trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities to enhance content strategy

Analytics & Reporting

Track and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, impressions, follower growth, clicks, and web traffic

Support recurring social reporting and performance summaries

Use data and insights to help optimize content performance and audience engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing and business units to support campaigns and initiatives

Assist with employee advocacy and thought leadership promotion efforts

Help coordinate publishing schedules and campaign execution across teams

Requirements & Skills: 

2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or related field

Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS/technology environments

Familiarity with HR Services (HRS) or similar industry experience is a plus

Familiarity with employee advocacy or executive social media support

Experience supporting webinars, campaigns, and thought leadership content

Basic proficiency in social analytics and reporting

Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other creative tools

Education:                          

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or a related field

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities – This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000 Annually USD

Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
