 Skills We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of brand positioning & consumer behaviour

Ability to translate brand goals into clear social media strategy

Sharp instinct for engaging, shareable content

Expertise across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube

Strong understanding of social media analytics, metrics & reporting

Content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills

Trend spotting + audience insights + competitor analysis mindset

Ability to connect brand → audience → content → performance

What You’ll Work On:

For the Agency-

Build and own the agency’s social media strategy

Create monthly content calendars

Drive execution with founders & internal teams:

Short-form videos

Long-form videos

Static content

Develop SEO-oriented blog content for the agency website

Track, analyse, and report social media growth

For Client Brands-

Understand brand briefs and translate them into organic social strategies

Create monthly social media calendars

Coordinate content production using internal & external resources

Collaborate with creators and creative teams

Participate in content creation when required

Share weekly & monthly performance insights

Continuously optimise strategy using data and performance learnings

Requirements

Experience Needed:

2–3 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution ideally with an agency

Experience working with D2C consumer brands preferred

Hands-on content creation experience is a BIG plus

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required

Marketing, Media, Design, or Communication backgrounds preferred

 Additional Requirements:

Portfolio showcasing campaigns and brands handled

Full-time availability
Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
