Roe is a startup building Cursor for Financial Crimes, trusted by multiple public companies. They are seeking a Software Engineer, AI Agent to build an AI agent platform for risk and compliance in the financial industry and to develop critical features for Fortune 500 customers.
Responsibilities
- Build AI agent platform to serve risk and compliance in trillion dollar financial industry (don't worry if you don't know anything about finance)
- Build mission critical features for Fortune 500 customers
- Operate as one team: own problems end-to-end, review each other’s code, and move quickly
Skills
- 1-4 years of full-stack software development experience
- Communicative
- Comfortable with: Python, Cursor, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and agent frameworks
- You're a new grad hungry to learn, or an industry veteran tired of red tape and ready to bet on upside
- You want to learn how to build a startup from the inside
- People describe you as obsessed, curious, and resourceful
