Software Engineer, Internship - Infrastructure

Palantir Technologies is a world-changing company that builds leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. As a Software Engineering Intern in Foundations, you will work on projects that improve developer experience and enhance the scalability and reliability of Palantir’s platforms, while collaborating with both technical and non-technical counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Building features to improve the developer experience for other Palantir engineers
• Improving the scalability and reliability of Palantir’s platforms
• Involved throughout the product lifecycle, from idea generation and design, to execution and rollout
• Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand our developers' and customers' problems and build infrastructure to tackle them

Skills

• Engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics
• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools
• Experience coding in programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Must be planning on graduating in 2027. This should be your final internship before graduating
