Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team in Ormond Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in software quality assurance and a strong background in automated testing tools such as Selenium. This role involves developing and executing tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for software applications.
Automation: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium to enhance testing efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand system requirements and identify testing needs.
Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure software stability.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of test results, defects, and testing activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least three years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in automated testing tools, particularly Selenium.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Java.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Solid understanding of SQL and database testing.
