Solar Sales Representative

About the Role

We're looking for experienced solar sales professionals to join our team across Texas. This is a straight commission, opportunity — no hand-holding, no hourly safety net. If you already know how to sell solar and you're looking for a company with great products, strong support, fast installs and no cap on your income, keep reading.

What You'll Do
• Run in-home or virtual consultations with homeowners interested in going solar
• Present customized solar proposals and close deals
• Manage your pipeline from lead to install
• Generate self-sourced leads and/or work company-provided opportunities (territory dependent)
• Represent our products professionally and accurately

What We're Looking For
• Active solar sales experience — you must know the industry, the products, and how to close
• Proven track record of closed deals
• Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and pipeline
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Compensation
• Commission only — 1099 independent contractor
• Top reps earn $100K–$200K+/year
• Your effort determines your paycheck — no ceiling, no floor

Pay: $58,399.73 - $200,000.00 per year
