The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our US team.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales to support the technical aspects of the sales process—helping translate customer needs into solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring customers clearly understand the value of our platform.
You’ll play a key role in bridging technical and business conversations, contributing to successful deal outcomes and setting customers up for long-term success.
What You’ll Do
Sales Partnership
Support Account Executives through discovery and technical validation
Assist in delivering tailored product demonstrations
Help articulate technical capabilities and business value
Technical Execution
Contribute to solution design aligned to customer needs
Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical validation
Assist with RFP responses and technical documentation
Customer & Product Alignment
Gather and share customer requirements and feedback
Support communication between customers and Product/Engineering
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar)
Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, or integrations
Ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Eagerness to learn and grow within a Solutions Engineering career path
