Solutions Engineer, Lifelong Learning
- Act as the functional and technical expert for Modern Campus Lifelong Learning solutions throughout the sales cycle
- Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to client-specific challenges and goals
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover requirements and align solutions to institutional needs
- Partner closely with Regional Directors and Account Managers to shape sales strategy and progress opportunities
- Build customized demo environments and workflows that reflect real-world use cases in continuing education and workforce development
- Translate technical features into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support RFPs and proposals by providing detailed functional and technical responses
- Address technical questions related to integrations, data, architecture, and platform capabilities
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights and feedback with Product and Engineering teams
- Stay informed on trends in lifelong learning, workforce development, and digital transformation in higher education
- 5+ years of experience in Higher Education
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ability to discuss technical concepts (e.g., integrations, APIs, data flows)
- Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
- Strong consultative and discovery skills with the ability to influence decision-making
- Ability to balance technical depth with business storytelling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting complex sales cycles is preferred
- Ability to travel within North America
- The base salary range* for this position is between $70,000-$120,000
