PVH Corp. is a leading global apparel company, and they are seeking a Sourcing Assistant for Calvin Klein. The role involves updating and maintaining data systems related to sourcing activities, supporting the manager with tech pack hand-offs, and coordinating sample requests with vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Assign Vendors in Centric PLM during tech pack pass off
  • Change tech pack stage at seasonal milestones & ensure NRF Color Code population
  • Troubleshoot style / cost flow system issues (entefy/ centric/7th online /blue yonder /SAP)
  • Run Seasonal Line Matrix/PLM Accuracy report at Style/Color level (Audit)
  • Responsible for validating Duty Rates in Entefy
  • Responsible for Entefy Cost Ledger pulls, cost audits & seasonal entefy cost record maintenance
  • Upload seasonal PIR costing & manage all PIR troubleshooting
  • Support manager with seasonal tech pack hand off to vendors
  • Coordinate with hubs/vendors for all sample related requests (Concept, SMS & Photoshoot) and partner with offshore PD team to ensure timeliness of samples
  • Lead weekly cross functional meetings & guide conversations and decision making
  • Manage internal and external communication across cross functional teams and external vendor partners
  • Partner with manager on cost analysis and communicate any seasonal cost changes to merchandising teams
  • Understand seasonal strategies to align day to day priorities
  • Engage PVH offshore offices (Hub Partners) and/or Supply Chain Partners for solutions as it relates to business needs
  • Engage with cross functional teams & ensure calendar deadlines are met
  • Assist manager with allocation of development & tech pack discussions
  • Track status and delivery of samples
  • Understanding of product costs
  • Collaborate with factories & ISM Partners on daily tasks

Skills

  • 1-2 years of related experience in sourcing, product development and/or production
  • Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in the fashion field
  • Computer skills – Full MS Office Suite
  • Top-notch follow-up skills are essential
  • A proactive personality is needed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Curiosity to learn
  • Great organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Product development or manufacturing-related background is preferred
  • Microsoft Excel Experience Preferred (Familiar with formulas / pivots)
  • Knowledge of or experience with Centric / PLM is helpful
