SP Sales Support Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive SP Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in enabling our sales function to operate efficiently by providing administrative, operational, and coordination support across the sales lifecycle.
You will work closely with sales teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless processes, accurate reporting, and a high-quality customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and support daily sales operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
Track sales performance and maintain up-to-date data in internal systems
Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating required documentation and processes
Act as a central point of contact between sales, finance, and operations teams
Assist with pipeline tracking, forecasting inputs, and sales reporting
Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Confidence working with data, reporting tools, and CRM systems
Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach

Exposure to sales reporting, pipeline management, or CRM systems
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
