About the Role

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our growing remote clinical team! This is a great opportunity for clinicians who want flexibility, meaningful work, and the ability to support Spanish-speaking clients across Illinois—all from the comfort of home.

What You’ll Do
• Provide virtual therapy sessions (Spanish & English)
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and create treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team
• Support clients with coping strategies and emotional wellness

Requirements
• Active Illinois LSW license (required)
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• MSW from an accredited program
• Experience in mental health (telehealth preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
