Key Responsibilities-
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver specialized instruction in resource, self-contained, or inclusion settings
• Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
• Track student progress and maintain compliance documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications-
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid South Carolina teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility)
• Experience with IEP development and compliance preferred
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with diverse learners
