Twój zakres obowiązków

• Indywidualne doradztwo i obsługa partnerów firmy – opiekunek i opiekunów seniora 

  Prezentacja aktualnych zleceń i pomoc przy doborze oferty

  Opieka i koordynacja prawidłowego przebiegu zlecenia, pomoc w sytuacjach kryzysowych

  Pełne szkolenie opiekunek z zakresu modelu współpracy, wsparcie administracyjne 

  Współpraca z międzynarodowym zespołem w języku angielskim lub niemieckim

  Samodzielne zarządzanie bazą opiekunów

  Nasze wymagania

  • Doświadczenie w branży lub agencji pośrednictwa pracy

    Znajomość języka niemieckiego i/lub angielskiego (poziom minimum B1)

    Duża samodzielność i umiejętność priorytetyzowania działań

    Rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne: jesteś osobą otwartą i łatwo budujesz relacje

    Zdolność pracy pod presją czasu,

    Doświadczenie z systemami CRM, jak Salesforce lub Pipedrive, mile widziane

      Why we founded marta.
      
      When we were seeking 24-hour care for our loved ones, we often felt left alone in this complicated and highly overpriced market. In addition, we became angry when we realized that the agencies were taking most of the salary we paid our caregivers. After five years of unsuccessful search for a reputable agency, in 2020, we took on the mission to improve 24-hour care in Germany and ultimately founded marta.
      
      In memory of Marta, who lovingly helped us care for our grandparents for years, we named the company after her.
      
      We take our mission very seriously.
      
      We firmly believe that caregivers will take better care of our loved ones if we at marta provide them with fair working and living conditions. Our goal is to fundamentally improve the 24-hour care market by building a platform that brings caregivers and families together without any other intermediaries. We enable caregivers to earn a better salary through lower placement fees without families paying more.
