The Role

We’re looking for a hungry, energetic Sponsorship & Sales Specialist to help fuel our growth.

This is not a “maintain relationships” role.
This is a build-the-engine role.

You’ll be responsible for:

Bringing in sponsors
Building partnerships
Creating revenue streams
Helping shape how brands integrate into a new sport ecosystem

What You’ll Do

1. Sponsorship Sales

Identify, approach, and close sponsorship deals (local and national brands)
Build creative sponsorship packages (events, teams, media, digital)
Pitch PR as a modern sports media platform, not just an event

2. Partnership Development

Develop long-term brand partnerships (not one-off deals)
Collaborate with marketing to create activation strategies
Help sponsors win so they renew and scale

3. Revenue Strategy

Shape pricing, packaging, and sponsorship tiers
Test new revenue ideas (naming rights, content sponsorships, tech integrations)
Contribute to building a scalable commercial model

4. Event & On-Site Execution

Represent sponsors during events
Ensure high-quality brand exposure and activation
Build relationships face-to-face with partners

5. Pipeline & CRM Management

Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline
Track deals, leads, and conversions
Continuously improve the sales process
