The SQL ETL Developer role is to support the data management aspects of the organization. This individual will be part of a team dedicated to supporting data integrations, data extracts, and reporting.

Texas Connect, Inc. (TCI) is a Management Services Organization (MSO). As an MSO, we are dedicated to providing business and administrative services for healthcare providers, such as medical practices and hospital systems, allowing them to focus on patient care. TCI handles crucial backend functions, such as Information Technology, Billing, and Medical Coding. This allows our client healthcare organizations to delegate these and other essential, but non-medical tasks to TCI to improve operational efficiency.

Required skills:

Critical thinking and an analytical mind

User‐focused design and data visualization skills

Proficiency with SQL, relational database, and enterprise data warehouse concepts

Proficiency and demonstrated experience with analytics and visualization tools

Ability to understand data structures that could benefit the entire data environment

SQL ETL Developer I

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Related Field

In lieu of degree, equivalent related data engineering certifications may be considered.

Minimum of 3 years of proven Microsoft SQL Server experience building and supporting data warehouse structures

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL Server, SSIS, and DevOps

Previous experience in data vault methodology and agile methods

Proven experience developing and deploying data warehouse solutions

Experience developing ETL processes such as Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services packages

Experience developing dimensional models, operational data store integration and data marts

Preferred:

Healthcare / insurance industry experience

SQL ETL Developer II

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Related Field

In lieu of degree, equivalent related data engineering certifications may be considered.

3 to 7 years of proven Microsoft SQL Server experience building and supporting data warehouse structures

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL Server, SSIS, and DevOps

Previous experience in data vault methodology and agile methods

Proven experience developing and deploying data warehouse solutions

Experience developing ETL processes such as Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services packages

Experience developing dimensional models, operational data store integration and data marts

Preferred:

Healthcare / insurance industry experience

SQL ETL Developer IIl

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Related Field

In lieu of degree, equivalent related data engineering certifications may be considered.

7 or more years of proven Microsoft SQL Server experience building and supporting data warehouse structures

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL Server, SSIS, and DevOps

Previous experience in data vault methodology and agile methods

Proven experience developing and deploying data warehouse solutions

Experience developing ETL processes such as Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services packages

Experience developing dimensional models, operational data store integration and data marts

Preferred:

Healthcare / insurance industry experience
