Salary: Starting at $150,000+ DOE & Uncapped Commissions (1st yr OTE: $240-300K+)

Our client is a global technology organization delivering data-driven solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, with an established presence across 40+ countries. As they expand into the United States, they are seeking a high-impact Sales Executive to serve as a foundational commercial hire and play a key role in building their US market presence. This is a unique opportunity for a confident, entrepreneurial sales professional to build a territory from the ground up.

Working closely with leadership, product, and sales engineering, this individual will drive new business while helping shape go-to-market strategy in a highly competitive landscape. We are seeking someone who is well-networked within the pharmaceutical industry and thrives on establishing long-term, consultative business relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed seller who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, excels at opening doors, and is motivated by the opportunity to create and scale something new.

Sales Executive - Pharma CRM Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage pharmaceutical organizations with field-based commercial teams

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities

• Conduct tailored product demonstrations aligned to client needs and business objectives

• Partner with Sales Engineering on technical validation and solution design

• Develop relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Commercial Operations, and Digital teams

• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within pharmaceutical organizations

• Support contract negotiations and procurement processes

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

• Provide structured market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy

• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting

Sales Executive - Pharma CRM Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS or software sales experience required

• Experience selling a service into mid-market to enterprise pharmaceutical organizations required

• Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals required

• Must be able to travel up to 50% domestically
