Sr Clinical System Designer

As a Senior Clinical System Designer at ICON, you will design and implement advanced clinical systems that enhance trial design and execution.

What You Will Do:
Your experience will be key in delivering high-quality clinical trial metrics and process improvement outcomes and mentoring colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the design and development of clinical systems, ensuring alignment with study protocols and operational needs

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and innovations in clinical trial processes

Overseeing system configuration, integration, and testing to ensure optimal functionality and user experience

Providing strategic guidance on the implementation of new technologies and best practices in clinical system design

Staying current with industry trends and advancements in clinical technology to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Functional Knowledge:

In-depth functional knowledge of CRF design tools and two or more clinical data management systems, with experience in system administration

Your Profile:
You will have a strong foundation in clinical trial metrics and process improvement, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required qualifications and experience:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

Extensive experience in the design and implementation of clinical systems within the clinical research industry

Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively in a matrix environment

Expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in clinical data management systems and software

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization

Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
