About the Role:

The Sr. Corporate Growth Specialist is responsible for business development, creating new routes to market, and driving net new logo acquisition success through sales plays, enablement, marketing, and execution around the Falcon Platform and Falcon Flex licensing model. This role partners with internal resources, alliance, and channel partners to drive new business opportunities while optimizing cross-functional impact on pipeline generation and sales cycles.

What You'll Do:

Business Development & Sales:

Develop new routes to market

Create and modify sales plays to fit opportunities

Pipeline Management

Support six-figure+ Corporate Deals with bespoke support

Quarterback coordination of cross-functional resources

Build prospecting playbooks leveraging current and upcoming tools

Enablement & Process Optimization:

Enable off-shore team on quoting fundamentals (Legacy and NextGenCPQ)

Develop SOPs for quote management

Implement continuous improvement based on seller feedback

Internal and external enablement

On-site rep connections for opportunity creation

Create content and assets for internal/external messaging

Customer Success & Partnership Management:

Instill Customer Value disciplines within top-tier Corporate accounts

Develop Customer Value materials modified for Corporate audience

Leader/Rep connection liaison

Conduit between Alliance/CrowdStrike reps and opportunities

Alliance and Channel Event Facilitation

Partner with Marketing, Horizon, and Flex teams

What You'll Need:

Curiosity, coachability, and competitiveness

Customer facing experience

Business development experience

Passionate about Alliance and Channel connections

Platform selling skills

Understanding of Falcon Flex licensing program

High EQ and business acumen

Experience in business process optimization

Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities

Bonus Points:

Experience working with AWS, Channel, and Distribution

Knowledge of CrowdStrike's Platform offering and Flex Licensing Program

Previous experience in Customer Value Management

Corporate Strategy background

Deal Team experience with enterprise customers

Right to Work

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $68,000 - $105,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
