Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director, Global Sales Planning & Operations to lead and scale our end-to-end sales planning, forecasting, and operations engine. This role serves as a strategic advisor to the CRO and sales leadership team, driving rigor, visibility, and execution across the global revenue organization. The ideal candidate blends strategic planning with operational excellence and brings deep expertise in forecasting, sales analytics, compensation design, and systems transformation.
Responsibilities
Own the global forecasting cadence, including weekly and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and executive visibility
Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, partnering cross-functionally to build bottom-up revenue plans and executive presentations
Establish standardized planning frameworks, inputs, and reporting across regions and verticals
Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, including Monthly Financial Reviews, QBRs, and Board of Directors (BOD) materials
Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for the CRO and leadership team
Lead global sales operations processes including pipeline management, bookings analysis, and performance tracking
Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure execution against revenue targets
Support international expansion by defining operational requirements and go-to-market considerations
Design and evolve scalable sales incentive programs aligned to growth priorities
Act as executive sponsor for key sales systems initiatives, including CRM (SFDC) consolidation and OMS enhancements
Define roadmap for sales tools and infrastructure to improve productivity, data quality, and decision-making
Partner with enablement to develop global sales programs, training, and content aligned to GTM priorities
Build and lead a high-performing global Sales Operations team and establish best-in-class planning and governance frameworks
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business planning in a global technology environment (AI/HPC experience a plus)
Proven experience supporting executive leadership (CRO, CFO, or equivalent)
Deep expertise in forecasting, AOP planning, sales analytics, and compensation design
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence at board level
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives
Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, BI platforms)
Location
This is a remote position in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $202,000 - $240,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
