Sr Manager, Asset Management - (REMOTE)
What you will do:
The Revenos - Asset Manager will be responsible for supporting all operations and productivity aspects of eXp REO and Institutional Investment Services in Revenos, by helping build and manage Standard Operating Procedures, working with our Brokers, Agents, clients and all other eXp operational staff and initiatives. The Revenos - Asset Manager will also work closely with our Brokers and Agents to help support the growth of our eXp REO and eXp Institutional Investment Services business across eXp globally. The Revenos - Asset Manager will collaborate with the Excellence Manager of Operations for all growth and operational business and initiatives to ensure alignment.
The role includes ongoing development of Brokers, Agents and staff, by supporting all training and client engagement events. You will support compliance at the state level for all REO and Institutional Investment Services business. This person will have an exceptional track record as a multi-state supervisor, project management, operations and an understanding of running an asset management business in a real estate brokerage at a national level, an aptitude for leading and inspiring teams, a collaborative approach, and a boundless work ethic.
They must be a “people-person” but also possess the ability to implement systems and scale business nationally.
How you will make an impact:
Ensures that eXp delivers exceptional brokerage support to Brokers and Agents in their representation of clients and customers
Lead, support and manage brokers, agents and other state staff in delivering exceptional real estate services to our clients
Ability to work as an intermediary between our clients and our agents to support the growth of new business through operational excellence and relationship building
Track and report utilization of tool metrics to Director, Institutional Investment Services
Support achievement of Revenos brokerage goals for agent and client retention, growth, and new opportunities
Follow the eXp Risk Management Program and provide risk management tools to eXp brokers and agents
Support the growth and outstanding performance of eXp’s relationship with REO and Institutional clients
Work with Director of Institutional Investment Services to manage and implement the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual operations manuals at the state and national levels
Support innovation in how the company can efficiently assist its growing national agent base for Revenos. Support the Growth and Productivity teams by ensuring that state brokers are available to positively engage with prospective agents who are interested in joining eXp relative to the Revenos business
Support the growth of Revenos business opportunities throughout the organization
How you will grab our attention:
5+ years experience working with owner/operators of single family rentals or like-type experience managing real estate foreclosures, REO / Default Asset Management
Hold an active real estate broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management (preferred)
Proven track record of leadership working with Brokers, Agents and clients in the real estate REO or SFR industries
Experience with creating creative learning materials and collateral. Must be proficient in creating exciting online training events as well as hosting live training at our conferences. .
Ability to work with and motivate others including a track record of developing Brokers and Agents while maintaining a high standard of employee and client relationships
Demonstrated proficiency in technology and Cloud based technology
Experience in startup company / organization preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization and with clients
Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, support change, and think operationally and strategically to achieve business goals
Able to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency
Possess the highest degree of integrity
Willingness and ability to travel
BA/BS in sales, business administration or related field preferred
High School Diploma/GED required
