About the Role:

The Senior Partner/Alliances Business Operations Analyst is a global position that drives the strategic planning, execution, and management of systems infrastructure supporting our Partner/Alliances go-to-market initiatives. This role spearheads the digital transformation of our Partner Experience, focusing on optimizing key capabilities to deliver exceptional service while streamlining processes for both Partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will enhance CrowdStrike's partner ecosystem by implementing scalable automation solutions, fostering operational excellence, and serving as a key liaison across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for designated Partner capabilities

    Collaborate with IT teams to define requirements, develop user stories, and conduct user acceptance testing

    Partner with Go-to-Market Program teams to align business priorities and policy implementation

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation and Partner integration workflows

    Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Partner capabilities, including system enhancements, defect resolution, and project initiatives

    Orchestrate the full lifecycle of system improvements, from discovery through implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout

    Design and maintain detailed system documentation and logical workflows to support operational excellence

    Drive change management initiatives, including development of training materials and transition documentation for Partner business and field teams

    Establish and monitor key performance metrics (adoption rates, SLAs, support metrics) to identify process optimization opportunities and lead cross-functional automation initiatives

    Own and evolve the Partner Capabilities system roadmap to support strategic objectives

    Implement and oversee data governance processes to maintain optimal system performance and data integrity

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 5 years of Channel/Partner Operations experience

    Experience managing key capabilities such as Contracts, Deal Registration, Cloud Marketplace Partner On-boarding, Partner CPQ and Order Processing, Invoicing, API, Partner Training and Certifications, Managed Services and provisioning.

  • Extensive experience with Salesfore

  • Experience at a fast-growing SaaS business

    Strong analytical background and ability to flush out anomalies

    Be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and operationally-minded

    Excellent presentation and communication skills

    Expertise in business applications including Google workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Clari, TackleCrossbeam and BI (Tableau a plus)

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agile and manage through ambiguity

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $100,000 - $170,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
