About RYZE:
At RYZE, we believe daily rituals create the foundation for living your greatest life. Our mushroom coffee and superfood products fuel the body and clarify the mind—helping people everywhere unlock their highest potential. We’re a fast-growing, mission-driven team passionate about wellness, innovation, and building a brighter future together.
The Role:
As Sr. Supply Chain Analyst, you are the primary point of contact for all co-manufacturing partners. You hold partners accountable to timelines and quality standards and drive continuous improvement across our blending and filling operations. You'll work closely with Quality, Inventory, Material Allocation and Distribution teams internally, and represent RYZE externally with a professional, solutions-oriented approach.

What You'll Do
Co-Manufacturing Relationship Management:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all co-manufacturing partners across blending and filling operations

Own production scheduling, communication and escalation with co-mans — from PO issuance through delivery confirmation

Proactively identify and resolve production issues including delays, yield concerns and capacity constraints

Hold partners accountable to agreed SLAs and drive resolution when commitments are missed

Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner daily with Inventory and Material Allocation to align production output with coverage targets and demand signals

Coordinate with Quality on incoming inspections, hold management and corrective actions at co-man sites

Work with Distribution to align inbound shipment timing and prioritize fulfillment against active OOS situations

Support the Demand Planner in translating forecasts into actionable production schedules

Operational Improvement:
Lead continuous improvement efforts at co-manufacturing sites — waste reduction, throughput, lead time compression

Build and maintain production tracking tools that give the ops team real-time visibility into open orders and output status

Document SOPs and lead onboarding of new co-manufacturing partners as RYZE scales

Support commissioning of new production lines in 2026, including pouch, stick pack and blending equipment

Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations within CPG, with direct co-manufacturing management experience

Hands-on background in blending, filling or related food/beverage manufacturing — you understand what happens on the floor

Strong communicator who can manage partner relationships firmly and professionally without burning bridges

Detail-oriented and proactive — you catch problems early and come to every conversation with context and a plan

Comfortable working cross-functionally in a lean, fast-moving team environment

Experience in adjacent categories (supplements, snacks, personal care, etc.) is a plus — we value broad CPG fluency

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science or related field — or equivalent experience

Demonstrated experience managing co-manufacturing partners in a CPG setting

Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for production tracking and reporting

Ability to travel 20–30% to co-manufacturing sites, primarily in the US

East Coast location strongly preferred for time zone alignment with partners

What We Offer:
Performance bonus eligibility

Benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, flexible PTO

A fully remote work environment and the chance to work with RYZE’s operations team
