Position Overview

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support our accounting and finance operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can follow established processes, understands U.S. GAAP principles, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced tech/SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance tasks, including accounts payables and receivables

  Record, review, and reconcile daily banking transactions

  Respond to customer billing and accounting-related inquiries in a timely manner

  Assist with cash flow monitoring, accruals, and account reconciliations

  Prepare monthly reports, including Budget vs. Actual (BvA) and headcount reporting

  Maintain organized financial records and support corporate accounting activities

  Work within accounting systems to ensure accurate and complete financial data

  Collaborate with a U.S.-based team to support accurate reporting and efficient processes

Requirements

• 2-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

  Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP

  Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Bill.com)

  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes

  Understanding of business operations, preferably within a tech/SaaS environment

  Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

  Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS or technology company

  Exposure to corporate accounting and financial reporting

  Exposure to audit readiness, internal controls, or SOC 2 environments
