We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stocking Coach to lead and develop our teams, drive financial performance, and provide exceptional customer service. As a Stocking Coach, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of retail and making a lasting impact on our customers and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening
- Drive financial performance and sales growth in designated store areas
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer needs are met
- Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring
- Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
- Strong leadership and communication skills
