About the position

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues.
• Focusing on the customer by giving a warm greeting and assisting with locating items.
• Accurately performing cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves and completing inventory management tasks.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Providing customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel and working regular shifts in the pharmacy for career development.
• Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods.
• Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and visual inspection.
