<div><b>About the Role</b> </div>

<div>We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager with experience in the promotional products industry to drive sales growth within our most valuable client relationships. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to key buyers and executives and deliver innovative branded merchandise solutions that align with their business goals. <br>

You will be part of our Bullseye Branding and Promotions division and will work with an assigned portfolio of 30 to 40 established customers —  your mission is to deepen relationships across each account, connect with new buyers and decision-makers, and uncover opportunities to grow revenue. </div>

<div><b>What you'll do </b></div>

<ul>
<li>Drive revenue growth — expand share of wallet by selling to new buyers to drive incremental business. </li>
<li>Develop custom promotional strategies — partner with brand and marketing teams on everything from trade show giveaways and employee swag programs to large-scale product launches. </li>
<li>Focus on selling — our support team handles order management, artwork, and invoicing so you can stay focused on building relationships and growing the business. </li>
<li>Lead account strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution — from concept and sourcing to production and delivery.  </li>
</ul>

<div><b>How We’ll Support You </b></div>

<ul>
<li>Sales strategy and coaching sessions to support your selling efforts. </li>
<li>Introductions by our Account Executives to the assigned customers. </li>
<li>Training on our order management system, project management tool, company stores, and internal processes. </li>
<li>Attendance at iPROMOTEu’s national sales meeting at the PPAI Expo in Las Vegas that includes educational sessions and a private supplier trade show. </li>
<li>Supplier support from the National Account Managers and their teams. </li>
<li>Technology tools including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, etc. </li>
<li>Customer marketing campaigns to create interest in you and Bullseye. </li>
<li>Internal resources including global sourcing, marketing, logistics, ecommerce, and operations. </li>
</ul>

<div><b>Qualifications </b></div>

<ul>
<li>Experience: 5+ years in sales, business development or account management within the promotional products industry. </li>
<li>Sales: Proven success in growing sales with customers and building long-term partnerships. </li>
<li>Project management: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. </li>
<li>Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. </li>
<li>Tech proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, order management platforms, online stores and Microsoft Office. </li>
<li>Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. </li>
</ul>

<div><b>Compensation </b></div>

<div>Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience </div>

<div>Commission Plan: Generous commission plan based on growing sales within the assigned book of business <br>
