Strategic Sales Executive
The Strategic Sales Executive at Relo Metrics plays a critical role in driving new business growth and expanding our presence in the sports and media ecosystem. This is a quota-carrying role focused on identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and closing enterprise-level deals that fuel Relo’s continued success.
You’ll work closely with major brands, agencies, and teams to showcase the power of Relo’s data and insights, positioning our platform as the leader in sports sponsorship measurement. This role is ideal for a proven closer who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about sports and media, and is motivated by exceeding revenue targets.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through new business acquisition.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close enterprise contracts.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-value opportunities within target industries.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform sales strategy
What You Need to Have
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (sports tech, data analytics, or related industry preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor.
- Skilled at building relationships and selling to senior decision-makers (VP/C-level).
- Expert-level negotiation and deal-closing skills for complex, enterprise-level contracts and partnership agreements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear value proposition to a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
