Studio Partnerships & Growth Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

About Us

The House of Flow is a yoga, mobility, flexibility, recovery, and wellness studio in Colorado Springs.

We offer one-on-one guided mobility sessions, assisted stretching, yoga classes, and wellness experiences designed to help people move better, feel better, and improve their quality of life.

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-focused person to help us grow our community presence and maximize studio utilization.

This is not an administrative role. This is a growth-focused position designed to create opportunities, partnerships, workshop programming, and studio rentals.

What You'll DoCommunity Partnerships & Pop-Ups
• Research community events and partnership opportunities
• Reach out to gyms, wellness businesses, schools, fitness organizations, and community groups
• Book pop-up events and community appearances
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling
• Build relationships within the Colorado Springs wellness community

Workshop Programming
• Identify wellness professionals interested in hosting workshops
• Introduce potential facilitators to House of Flow
• Coordinate workshop opportunities
• Help build a consistent wellness event calendar

Examples include:
• Sound baths
• Breathwork
• Meditation
• Women's circles
• Reiki
• Nutrition workshops
• Wellness education

Studio Rentals
• Find wellness professionals interested in renting studio space
• Respond to inquiries
• Schedule tours and meetings
• Maintain a pipeline of potential renters
• Support recurring rental relationships

Examples include:
• Yoga instructors
• Pilates instructors
• Therapists
• Massage therapists
• Meditation teachers
• Wellness practitioners

CompensationBase Pay
• $16/hour

Bonus Opportunities

In addition to hourly pay, performance bonuses are available for:
• Securing workshop facilitators
• Securing recurring studio renters
• Creating revenue-generating opportunities for House of Flow
