Ruan Transportation Management Systems is hiring an Integrated Solutions Intern for Summer 2026. The intern will support internal users with system troubleshooting, document processes, and collaborate on projects to implement system changes based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support both internal users with system troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Document issue resolution processes and communicate standard operating procedures across team members
• Participate in workshops with multiple stakeholders from technology, business, and vendor teams, and then concisely document their outcome
• Communicate with software architects and developers utilizing technical background
• Perform other job-related duties with special projects as required
