TransUnion is looking to hire a Sr. Lead (Supervisor), Ad Operations as a member of our Measurement Integration Operations team. 

The ideal candidate will be an analytical and critical thinker with demonstrated managerial experience, including leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record of performing highly detailed and technical work in an agile environment while maintaining accountability for delivery and outcomes. 

The primary goal of this position is to serve as a Subject Matter Expert driving operational excellence for our Data Management Platform and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) clients. This includes ensuring seamless execution of integrations, consistent delivery workflows, data quality oversight, and efficient issue resolution across external ad tech platforms. 

In addition, this role requires the ability to lead and prioritize operational initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide clear, actionable guidance to internal teams (i.e., Product, Sales, Engineering), partners, and clients. A strong focus on process optimization, documentation, scalability, and continuous improvement is essential to maintaining reliable platform performance and a high-quality client experience. 

 

5+ years of experience in Advertising Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Media Operations 

2+ years of management or team lead experience, including coaching, workflow ownership, performance management, and team development 

Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, ad serving, measurement, and the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem 

Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and external partners 

Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows while driving continuous improvement 

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences 

Great teammate-leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility with partners and stakeholders and inspire effective collaboration across teams 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

 

We'd love to see: 

Impeccable organizational, operational, analytical, presentation, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Familiarity with Excel concepts such as VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc. 

Familiarity with file servers using Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services or FTPs 

Working knowledge of HTML/JavaScript/SQL (or related programming tools) is a plus 

Ability to demonstrate strong mathematical and problem-solving skills 

Familiarity with market research, attribution methods, big data, modeling approaches, and marketing concepts 

 

Impact You’ll Make 

As a Sr. Advertising Operations Lead, you will lead a team responsible for executing and supporting advertising and measurement workflows across TransUnion’s platforms. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, supporting partner integrations, and scaling best practices as we continue to evolve our advertising and identity solutions. 

 

Key responsibilities include: 

Lead, coach, and develop an Ad Ops team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth 

Own day-to-day Ad Ops workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution across campaigns, integrations, and measurement processes 

Partner closely with Product and Engineering to support platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and new feature launches 

Establish and refine operational processes, documentation, and training to improve efficiency and consistency 

Serve as an escalation point for complex operational or partner issues, driving resolution and root-cause analysis 

Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities 

Support onboarding and enablement for new partners, products, and platform capabilities 

Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and privacy standards across all operational activities
