Support and Resolution Specialist - Part-Time to Full-Time
Vatic Outsourcing, a growing boutique telecommunications consulting firm, is seeking a Support and Resolution Specialist to work with our clients and internal staff. This position will be responsible for order processing, pricing requests, general account management, and client interface including follow-up and escalation of issues.
Responsibilities
- Order processing
- Pricing requests
- General account management
- Client interface to include – follow up and, when required, escalation of issues
- Use of various web-based tools and databases to satisfy customer requests
- Interact with corporate professionals up to and including VP and C-level staff
- Work closely with various members of internal peer and management organizations
- Take various leadership roles, internally and externally
Skills
- Entry-level experience
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management
- Ability to diagnose, articulate, and provide solutions for client's technical issues
- General customer service experience
- Must be willing to work varying schedules including some evenings and weekends
- Job contingent upon a background check
- College Degree Preferred
- Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
