Vatic Outsourcing, a growing boutique telecommunications consulting firm, is seeking a Support and Resolution Specialist to work with our clients and internal staff. This position will be responsible for order processing, pricing requests, general account management, and client interface including follow-up and escalation of issues.

Responsibilities

  • Order processing
  • Pricing requests
  • General account management
  • Client interface to include – follow up and, when required, escalation of issues
  • Use of various web-based tools and databases to satisfy customer requests
  • Interact with corporate professionals up to and including VP and C-level staff
  • Work closely with various members of internal peer and management organizations
  • Take various leadership roles, internally and externally

Skills

  • Entry-level experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management
  • Ability to diagnose, articulate, and provide solutions for client's technical issues
  • General customer service experience
  • Must be willing to work varying schedules including some evenings and weekends
  • Job contingent upon a background check
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
