Support Technician
Capstone Logistics, LLC is a North American supply chain solutions partner with extensive capabilities in freight management and logistics. The Support Technician role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely, providing customer training, and ensuring effective communication and escalation of issues.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical hardware/software issues remotely
- Base-level training to our customers over the phone
- Perform remote software upgrades
- Research issues by reading logs and configuration files
- Log all help desk interactions into the ticketing system
- Redirect issues to correct resource
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Inform management of recurring problems
