To support our growth, we are hiring a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to help us gather market insights, conduct surveys, and shape our go-to-market strategy.

Role Overview

The Market Research Analyst will conduct primary and secondary research to support Performacentrics AI workshop strategy. This includes designing surveys, analyzing data, identifying industry trends, and creating executive-ready research reports.

This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

Survey & Research Execution

  • Design and distribute surveys via telephone and email targeting executives (CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, HR leaders, marketing leaders, etc.)

    Conduct market research across industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, banking, and business services

    Identify AI adoption trends, readiness levels, and common operational pain points

    Gather competitive intelligence on AI consulting and workshop providers



Data Analysis & Reporting



  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data using Excel

    Build pivot tables, charts, dashboards, and summary reports

    Develop executive-ready Word reports with insights and recommendations

    Identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps in the market



Strategic Support



  • Support workshop positioning and messaging with research-backed insights

    Assist in building industry-specific research briefs

    Provide market sizing analysis and audience segmentation

    Recommend strategic improvements based on data findings



Qualifications


Required



  • Based in the Philippines

    Excellent written and spoken English (professional-level fluency)

    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data cleaning)

    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word (report formatting, executive summaries, structured documents)

    Experience conducting surveys and market research

    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

    High attention to detail

    Ability to work independently in a remote environment



Preferred



  • Experience researching B2B markets

    Familiarity with AI, automation, or SaaS industries

    Experience using survey platforms (Google Forms, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, etc.)

    Experience preparing presentations for executive audiences
