Systems & Optimisation Specialist (ZR_25152_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: TBD (AU time)
Purpose:
To ensure our technical ecosystem runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the e-commerce team with systems, product data, and front-end maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve Shopify themes (basic edits, testing, version control)

  Maintain and troubleshoot integration between PIM and Shopify

  Maintain and manage product data within the PIM

  Upload, structure, and enrich product listings in Shopify

  Ensure data consistency across product variants, filters, tags, and metafields

  Liaise with suppliers to source missing specs, images, or compliance data

  Identify and implement automations to reduce manual work

  Manage tool stack (e.g. Shopify apps, etc)

  Support front-end implementation for SEO and marketing needs

  Test and deploy app installations and ensure they don’t disrupt theme functionality

  Document internal processes, templates, and best practices

  Provide troubleshooting support for the team on Shopify and related platforms

Requirements

• Shopify experience including theme structure and metafields

  Familiarity with PIM systems (Catsy or similar)

  Comfortable with spreadsheets, bulk uploads, and automation tools

• Basic HTML/Liquid knowledge preferred

• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills

  Attention to detail for data and UX
