What You’ll Do
  • Partner strategicallywith hiring managers to define roles, shape hiring plans, and guide decisions.
  • Source and attract top talentacross commercial and technical roles using personalized, high-impact approaches.
  • Leverage tech and datato optimize hiring workflows (Greenhouse & Workday) and drive smarter decisions.
  • Collaborate globallyto evolve our recruiting processes and embrace AI-powered hiring.

  • 1 Year In: You’re helping shape Pax8’s iconic workforce through strategic, AI-powered recruiting.
