They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for the full cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating offers to ensure a top-tier candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices; update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
  • At least one year of talent acquisition, sales, account management, or HR experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Experience with applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, and other recruitment systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruitment and hiring
  • Experience with a wide variety of sourcing avenues and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Healthcare experience preferred
