This is a remote role, with the successful candidate based in either Manitoba or Saskatchewan, supporting practices across both provinces.

The Impact You’ll Have

Reporting to the Western Recruitment Manager, you will work closely with the broader Recruitment team and your assigned portfolio of dental practices across Manitoba and Saskatchewan to support their hiring and workforce planning needs.

You will act as a trusted partner to practice leaders, directly impacting clinic performance by ensuring timely and effective hiring of dental professionals. Your work will contribute to improved staffing levels, stronger team performance, and ultimately, enhanced patient care.

This role collaborates cross functionally with Marketing, Operations, and the Campus team to support recruitment initiatives, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. You will also contribute to tracking recruitment metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

In This Role, You Will

  • Source, interview, and hire dental professionals across your regional portfolio of practices

    Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, social media, networking events, and direct outreach

    Partner with the various teams to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns

    Prescreen, interview, and assess candidates, providing recommendations and guiding hiring decisions

    Manage the full cycle recruitment process including offer letters, background checks, and reference checks

    Build and maintain relationships with dental associations, post secondary institutions, and industry groups in collaboration with the Campus Manager

    Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dentalcorp’s employer value proposition to attract top talent

    Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to drive insights and continuous improvement

    Provide market insights and talent trends to inform hiring strategies

    What You’ll Bring

    • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within both corporate and agency environments

      Proven success in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced setting

      Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders

      Experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting

      High level of resourcefulness and creativity in solving complex hiring challenges

      Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

      A data-driven mindset with experience tracking and leveraging recruitment metrics

      Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, HR, or Operations is considered an asset
