Spring-Green Enterprises is hiring a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Plainfield, IL. This role involves implementing recruiting and staffing processes to attract qualified talent, managing the full cycle of recruiting, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Follows established recruiting processes and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards and needs of the organization
  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting for the various business units of the Spring-Green Enterprise organization; including, researching candidate sourcing options, internal postings, creation of external job ads, internal postings, reviewing applicant’s qualifications, conducting interviews, participating in Job Fairs, scheduling hiring manager interviews and tracking candidate flow
  • Ensures candidate prescreening processes are efficient and effective, as well as compliant with federal and state legal guidelines and company policies and procedures
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by extending and compiling offer letters and negotiating employment terms
  • Compiles employee promotion and transition letters for internal staff movement to ensure employee understanding of the terms of new positions
  • Performs reference checks as needed and assists with expediting background checks to ensure timely new hire starts
  • Develops and compiles weekly recruiting scorecard reports, as well as applicant tracking, and other related recruiting reports
  • Provides backup support to HR Coordinator initiating and deploying ADP onboarding for new hires, as well as conducting new employee orientations
  • Provides backup support to HR Coordinator to ensure timely entry of new hires in the Payroll/HRIS system

Skills

  • Associate or bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or related degree
  • Follows established recruiting processes and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards and needs of the organization

  • Ensures candidate prescreening processes are efficient and effective, as well as compliant with federal and state legal guidelines and company policies and procedures
