**Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter**
Location: Orbit ISS, Sharjah, UAE
Role Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Publish job listings on internal and external web portals
- Utilize advanced recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed accounts
- Coordinate social media recruitment campaigns and manage the company's presence on various platforms
**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Technology, or related fields (HR-related qualifications such as CIPD are highly desirable)
- Experience: 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in oil, gas, marine, or renewable energy sectors, with a strong background from recruitment consultancy agencies
- UAE Experience: A minimum of 5 years of UAE recruitment experience is mandatory
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with ATS systems
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of technical roles in the engineering industry and skilled in full-life cycle recruiting and interviewing
- Language: Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- UAE driving license is preferred
