Leirah Entertainment Group is seeking driven, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Talent Representatives. In this role, you will connect aspiring talent with real opportunities, help guide them through the process, and contribute to building a strong, supportive entertainment network.
This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for individuals interested in casting, talent management, recruiting, or sales within the entertainment industry.
Compensation
• 30% commission on all sales
• Paid bi-weekly
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Responsibilities
• Recruit and connect talent with casting opportunities
• Promote VIP membership tiers and services
• Create and market job postings, casting calls, and promotions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and talent
• Guide talent through onboarding and submission processes
• Meet weekly sales and outreach goals
• Collaborate with team members during weekly strategy meetings
Schedule
• Fully flexible — create your own schedule
• Weekly team meetings:
• Monday at 11 AM EST
• Wednesday at 11 AM EST
• Friday at 11 AM EST
Qualifications
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Interest in entertainment, casting, or talent management
• Sales or recruiting experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using social media and online platforms for outreach
