In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives, build robust leadership pipelines, and oversee our Training Academy driving programs that empower future leaders and strengthen organizational capability.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role </strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>dynamic Talent Development Senior Specialist</strong> to lead high-impact initiatives, build leadership pipelines, and manage our Training Academy.

This strategic role focuses on <strong>competency development, succession planning, leadership programs, assessments, vendor partnerships, and capability-building</strong> for traders and corporate functions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement competency frameworks, skills maps, and capability-building plans</li><li>Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and design targeted development programs</li><li>Drive succession planning, manage HIPO pools, and coordinate leadership development</li><li>Lead assessment initiatives using psychometric tools and simulations</li><li>Oversee Training Academy programs, onboarding, rotations, and graduation events</li><li>Manage LMS operations, digital learning pathways, and vendor partnerships</li><li>Monitor budgets, plan events, and ensure governance and KPI reporting</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)</li><li>6–10+ years of experience in Talent Development, L&D, or HR Development</li><li>Expertise in succession planning, competency frameworks, youth development, and vendor management</li><li>Experience in Trading/Energy sector is an advantage</li></ul><p><br></p><p>📌 <strong>Priority given to Emirati candidates</strong> as part of our Emiratization strategy.</p><p><strong>Apply Now</strong> and help us shape the next generation of leaders in the UAE energy sector!</p>
