is looking for a Talent & Product Development Manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Strategy, this candidate must be based in Wisconsin, Chicago, Minnesota, or Colorado. Key Requirements:

Oversee and manage the execution of continued education coach training (Levels 1-5) and supplemental educational workshops. That includes administrative work, trainings, and post-training reporting

Support team members and cross-functional partners execute Level and supplemental workshops virtually and in person.

Collaborate with team members to refine, create, and archive content for training educational curriculums

Create and execute resources across multiple platforms, including programming and supplemental materials 

Monthly coaching quota of 16 classes

Required Skills and Experience:

Certified Personal Training Certification from an accredited program is preferred

1.5 to 2 years of experience coaching fitness (One year of experience as a leading coach preferred)

Demonstrated ability to lead, connect with, and inspire a team. Experience coaching and motivating groups

Strong administrative skills

Time management skills and consistency in completing tasks are required

Proficiency with G-suite and zoom

Flexibility and willingness to travel and conduct workshops as needed, as the business dictates. Non-traditional availability is expected to meet the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
