Our client is a Top #15 CPA firm that is actively looking for a Tax Manager to join their team. This is a 100% remote role! They are actively interviewing and making offers now, with start dates after busy season.

• Serve as the Engagement Manager on specific client accounts, taking responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, final deliverable development, and billing and collections.
• Develop a detailed engagement work plan, illustrating budgets and schedules.

Monitor project status against the work plan and communicate schedule adjustments to management.
• Develop a professional relationship with the client. Gain the respect and confidence of the client by consistently demonstrating supreme customer service, quality work products, and professional integrity.
• Serve as the prime point-of-contact to the client. Ensure that the client is fully informed of engagement progress and logistics.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of work experience in public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s Degree and CPA required
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
• Strong leadership, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Must live and be authorized to work in the U.S
