Team Member/Barista

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced café environment. As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, Food preparation, order taking/cashier all while ensuring customer satisfaction and cleanliness!

Shift Availability

morning: need to be available 4am,5am,6am

Afternoon: need to be available till 8pm at minimum

Duties
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

Experience
• Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Familiarity with café operations, including knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience with cash registers or POS systems is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
